The event will kick off with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:15 PM for the Cove Shopping Center improvements. Mayor Peggy Noland will light the tree and Santa will make a special arrival. There will be snow flurries, music, entertainment, children’s holiday activities, vendors with holiday treats, and of course, photos with Santa.
